Get alerted before your domain expires so you never lose a registration
Domain Name Monitoring
Domain name monitoring checks your domain's expiration date and alerts you in advance so you never lose a registration due to oversight.
How it works
The system periodically queries the domain's WHOIS and checks the expiration date. When expiration is approaching (based on your configured threshold), you receive a notification.
Adding a domain
- Go to Domain Names → New Domain Name
- Enter the domain (e.g.
mysite.com) - Set how many days in advance you want to be alerted
- Configure notifications
What gets displayed
- Expiration date and days remaining
- Registrar
- Status (active, expired or pending deletion)
Recommendation: Set up alerts at 60, 30 and 7 days in advance. Domains can be captured by third parties within seconds of expiration.
