Create a public status page so your clients always know if your services are up
Status Pages
A status page is a public URL where your customers can check, in real time, whether your services are working — without having to contact you every time something seems off.
Creating a Status Page
- Go to Status Pages → New Status Page
- Define the public URL slug (e.g.
your-company-status) - Add a name and description
- Select the monitors to display
- Click Create
What the page displays
- Current status of each service (green/red/yellow)
- Historical uptime chart for the past 90 days
- Average response time per service
- Incident history with resolution timestamps
Custom domain
Host the status page on your own subdomain (e.g. status.superplural.com) by adding a custom domain and configuring a CNAME in your DNS.
Subscribers
Visitors can subscribe to receive notifications when incidents occur. Manage subscribers under Status Pages → Subscribers.
